  • a couple of dry paper towels
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  1. This step is very important. The halibut will need to be dried with paper towels before adding the seasonings. The reason for this step is to remove excess moisture. Also, to make sure that the halibut can brown evenly on both sides.
  2. When seasoning, make sure that both sides of the halibut receive using the seasoning ingredients listed above.
  3. Use a large skillet to preheat olive oil. Do not take your eyes off because it will definitely burn.

  3. Then, stop the heating process quickly.

  • lobster tail (4 to 6 oz)
  • 1 tsp of salt (or season to your taste)
  • black pepper (or season to your taste)
  • 2 Tsp of cooking oil
  • 1/2 butter with no salt
  • 2 Tsp lemon juice (or adjust to your taste)
  • 4 garlic cloves (make sure they are crushed or ground up)
  • Lemon slices
  • 1 Tsp chopped parsley
  1. Make sure the lobster, tail is thawed. Then, rinse and make sure that it’s dry using paper towels.
  2. Use kitchen shears, on the back of the lobster tail, cut (from center to end of tail). Make sure the tail fan is still together. Take out the vein, then use fingers to loosen between the meat and the shell. Separate the meat from the bottom of the shell, but do not take meat out all the way.

  5. Then turn over the lobster tail and put a lid over the top of the pan. Do this step for 1-2 mins. Making sure that the shell is turning pink in color. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
  6. With the butter that is leftover, melt it in pan, then cook the garlic for about 1 min. Next, put the lemon juice that is left into the pan. Then use a spoon to swirl over the lobster meat.
  7. Swiftly take the pan of lobster tail off the stove, then add parsley over the top of the meat. Serve the lemon slices with the lobster tail.
